Specimen Minimum Volume
Defines the amount of specimen required to perform an assay once, including instrument and container dead space. Submitting the minimum specimen volume makes it impossible to repeat the test or perform confirmatory or perform reflex testing. In some situations, a minimum specimen volume may result in a QNS (quantity not sufficient) result, requiring a second specimen to be collected.

(range, 220 - 710 ng/mL) after 1.7 hours.
Following a single 40 mg oral dose, the mean peak plasma concentration: 730 ng/mL at 2.5 hours.
The plasma concentration decreased to 360 ng/mL at 12 hours, 180 ng/mL at 48 hours and 17 ng/mL at 96 hours.
