Specimen Required

Specimen must arrive within 96 hours of draw.

Send specimen Sunday through Thursday only. 

Collect and package specimen as close to shipping

time as possible. Ship specimen priority overnight.

 

Draw blood in a lavender-top (EDTA) tube(s), and send

3 mL of EDTA whole blood in original VACUTAINER(S).

Do not aliquot. Specimen cannot be frozen.
