Specimen must arrive within 48 hours of draw.

Note:     Collect and package specimen as close to shipping

                  time as possible. Ship specimen priority overnight.

 

Draw blood in a lavender-top (EDTA) tube(s), and send 5.0 mL

of EDTA whole blood in original VACUTAINER(S).  Forward

promptly at ambient temperature. Specimen cannot be frozen.  

Note:   Draw date is required on request form for processing.
