Method Description
Identification of rearrangement of 1q25 (ARG), 4q12 (PDGRFB), and
9q34 (ABL) is performed using fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH)
break-apart strategy. For each probe set, 200 interphase nuclei are
scored. Results for each abnormal probe(s) are expressed as percent
