The substrate acetylthiocholine is split by acetylcholinesterase
into thiocholine and acetate. The thiocholine then reacts with
dithiobisnitro benzoic acid (Ellmans Reagent) to form the colored
product thionitrobenzoic acid which is measured at 405 nm.
