Method Description

Standard techniques are utilized in the preparation of frozen

tissue for immunofluorescence.  In some cases, paraffin embedded

tissue can be examined by immunoperoxidase methodology, i.e.

demonstration of IgA  (e.g., demonstration of IgA).  (Velosa JA,
