Method Description

Lamotrigine and internal standard (nitrazepam) are extracted into

ethyl acetate from alkalinized serum and analyzed by high-

performance liquid chromatography. (Ramachondran S, Underhill S,

Jones SR:  Measurement of lamotrigine under conditions measuring

phenobarbitone, phenytoin, and carbamazepine using reversed-phase

high-performance liquid chromatography at dual wavelengths.
