Apolipoprotein A1, Plasma

Antibody to human Apolipoprotein AI (Apo AI) is added to a diluted aliquot of plasma or serum. The increase in light scatter resulting from the antigen-antibody reaction is measured and is a function of the concentration of Apo AI.
