Useful For
In selected cases in which the phenotyping of a lymphomatous
process is of interest, and only paraffin-embedded tissue is
available, this marker antigen (L-26) is of use. It is neither as
sensitive nor as specific a marker for B-cells as those
demonstrable in frozen sections or air-dried smears or imprints.
