IgM antibodies will always be performed at an additional charge.

Note:     Due to the technology used to perform this test,

                  specimens will also be analyzed for California

                  (La Crosse) virus antibody, St. Louis encephalitis

                  antibody, and Western equine encephalitis antibody;
