If Histoplasma capsulatum antibody screen result is equivocal or positive (by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay), then complement fixation/immunodiffusion testing (SHSTO / Histoplasma Antibody, Serum) will be performed at an additional charge.


If Cryptococcus antigen screen result is reactive (by EIA), then latex agglutination testing (SCRYR / Cryptococcus Antigen, Serum) will be performed at an additional charge.
