This test includes a mini-pathology consultation to evaluate appropriate
FISH probes and translocations to investigate. Panel includes testing for

t(8:14), c-MYC/IGH

If the patient is being tracked for known anomalies, please indicate which
anomalies need to be investigated.
When this test is ordered, 2 FISH probes are included. If further probes
are needed, they will be added at an additional charge.
