Tysabri Antibodies, ELISA

Interpretive Criteria:

                       Negative:  Antibodies not detected

                       Positive:   Antibodies detected

  

Patients being treated with Tysabri (Natalizumab) may develop Tysabri-specific antibodies that may block the therapeutic effect of the treatment. This assay detects antibodies that bind to Tysabri in vitro; a positive result should not be interpreted as definitive evidence of in vivo blocking activity.
