Peak plasma concentrations of 410 +/- 130 ng/mL were achieved 2.4 hours
after a single oral dose of 400 mg hydroxychloroquine (n = 6). Two cases
of hydroxychloroquine overdose (20 g each) were successfully treated
throughout cardiovascular collapse and had serum concentrations of
14000 and 26000 ng/mL.
