Producing fibroblast cells to be used for further genetic testing
This test should be used when the specimen is chorionic villi or when
cytogenetic testing is also needed. If the specimen is not chorionic
villi or noncytogenetic testing is needed, we recommend ordering
#8482 "Fibroblast Culture," as these specimens are cryopreserved
indefinitely once testing is complete.
