To help you communicate your affiliation with Mayo Medical Laboratories for reference testing, we will provide you with a news release to promote your presence in the local community.

Collaborative Brochures

This co-branded brochure will serve as a tool in promoting your outreach program and our relationship. The marketing team will work directly with you, starting with a variety of templates. At the completion of the project, you will receive 2,000 brochures.

Sales Training

We’ve teamed with Miller Heiman IncorporatedSM to offer Strategic Selling®, which take a practical, hands-on approach to sales training. You will develop strategies and action plans for handling even the most challenging selling situations.

Integrated Test Catalogs

Our Publications team works with our primary clients to develop a printed test catalog that integrates tests performed by you and Mayo Medical Laboratories. We also offer a joint web-based catalog.

Client Satisfaction Research

High-quality customer service requires feedback from customers, and we will help you measure your clients’ satisfaction through a survey addressing key service areas.
