We’ve teamed with Miller Heiman IncorporatedSM to offer Strategic Selling® and Conceptual Selling®, which take a practical, hands-on approach to sales training. You will develop strategies and action plans for handling even the most challenging selling situations.
Our Publications team works with our primary clients to develop a printed test catalog that integrates tests performed by you and Mayo Medical Laboratories. We also offer a joint web-based catalog.
High-quality customer service requires feedback from customers, and we will help you measure your clients’ satisfaction through a survey addressing key service areas.
