Travel

Travel arrangements are the responsibility of the participant

Chicago, the largest city in the Midwest, is the perfect city to visit. Chicago offers incredible shopping, numerous theatres and museums, miles of lakefront walkway paths as well as abundant dining options. Local airports include O’Hare International (30 minutes from conference site) and Midway Airport (25 minutes). Access to and from the airport is available by taxi, shuttle service, train, and rental car. For additional information, please visit the Chicago Office of Tourism at cityofchicago.org

Lodging Accomodations

A block of rooms has been secured for participants and their guests with a special conference rate at the Millennium Knickerbocker Hotel. To receive the special rate, you must make reservations before the room block is filled or before the expiration date of 5 pm on Friday, August 29, 2008, whichever comes first. Reservations will be taken following this date based on space and rate availability. Conference Reception – October 1, 2008

This casual reception welcomes you to Chicago and offers the perfect opportunity to make connections with existing and new colleagues. Preregistration is required.
