Customer Service Programs
This dynamic and interactive outreach support program, Laboratories Reaching Out, is a unique program designed exclusively for Mayo Medical Laboratories’ clients to help them develop, support and strengthen outreach efforts and the service levels they provide to the community. Today’s most successful laboratories use customer service to gain new clients and retain them. The program supports your laboratory with its customer service strategy. Employees gain the confidence and skills to provide excellent customer service and help their laboratory create and maintain a service-driven culture.
In this 8 to 10 hour P.A.C.E.® approved training program, our Technical Support Facilitator guides participants through an innovative training program.
This training covers:
- Developing a sense of purpose and mission for your outreach program
- Identifying customers
- Enhancing your systems
- Improving people skills
