Using "My Profile"

Understanding and Modifying Your Registration

After signing in to the site, select "My Profile" to update your profile. This includes checking off your interest areas, customizing your personal information or changing your password.

Verifying Your Access Level

Once you have client status, this will be indicated at the top of the profile in large bold print. If you are a client and you do not see this reflected in your profile, please contact customer service to have this rectified.

Password Change

You may change your password by typing in a new password and then verifying it by retyping it in the second line provided. Be sure to press the "Update Profile" button.

Interest Areas

Checking off an interest area will keep you informed of the latest information regarding that area of interest. Click the box again to remove your checkmark if you no longer wish to receive updates.
