Why sign in?
The Supply Catalog is only available to clients of Mayo Medical Laboratories. Signing in with a business e-mail address and password verifies that you are authorized to place an order. Registration is simple, requiring as little as an e-mail address, password and business name. If you have a user ID but have forgotten it, you may request your password.
