What are the requirements for using the supply catalog?

  • You must be a client. These supplies are only to be used for the purpose of sending tests to Mayo Medical Laboratories. For this reason, you will need to know your client account number.
  • You must be a registered user of the Mayo Medical Laboratories web site, and your user ID must have an access level of Transactional or higher. If your profile states that you have Basic access, please contact Customer Service. They will help you to get the correct access level for your account.
  • Javascript must be enabled on your PC.
