How do I order supplies?

If you are a client, you may order supplies online from our Supply Catalog. You will need to sign in or register as a user of the MayoMedicalLaboratories.com site. We will supply you with shipping boxes, specimen vials, specimen collection containers and kits, sterile vials, stool containers and request forms. These items are supplied without charge so long as they are only used to send tests to Mayo Medical Laboratories.
