What if I change companies?
Do not create a new profile.
Sign in to the web site using your old e-mail address and password. Then go to My Profile and change any applicable contact or company information. By updating your profile, instead of creating a new user ID, you will retain your past user history including educational program records.
If you do not remember your password, and you cannot access your old e-mail address to allow a password reset, contact Customer Service.
