Who has the ability to set up new users in MayoAccess?
User setup is based on security rights that are given to supervisors and their choice of individuals within the facility to have extended security rights. Most frequently the supervisors and shift leads have the rights to set up new users in MayoAccess. Check with the supervisor at the facility to determine who has extended security rights.
