I have not logged into MayoAccess for some time and now I am unable to login. Why?
For security reasons, MayoAccess inactivates a user who has not logged into the system after 180 days of inactivity. Contact the facilities supervisor or other individual with extended security rights to reactivate the user login. If these individuals are not available, the user may call Mayo Medical Laboratories at 1-800-533-1710 to request user activation.
Note: A reactivated user must log in to MayoAccess within 24 hours of reactivation or they will become inactive again.
