How long are results stored and retrievable in MayoAccess?

MayoAccess stores all records and allows a user to access and print a result report at any time without limitations.

Note: The source system for all Mayo Medical Laboratory results is our Laboratory Information System and not MayoAccess. According to our record retention policy, all test requisitions are retained for 25 years and patient test results are retained indefinitely.
