When shipping, how should I fold the batch sheet to protect patient privacy?

Fold the batch sheet in fourths and place it in the outside pocket of the bag with the upper right-hand corner visible. The bar code on the batch sheet must be visible for the courier to scan. The patient information should not be visible.
