I placed an order in my LIS and when I logged into MayoAccess to close the batch the order was Unbatchable. How do I fix the order so I can close my batch?
Integrated clients should confirm the reason for the unbatchable order, correct it in their LIS and retransmit it to MayoAccess. If applicable, the user may need to cancel the test in MayoAccess as well as in their LIS.
