How do I apply for CME credit for a program I viewed?

Live programs - You will receive an evaluation link via e-mail the day of the program. Once an evaluation is completed, you will have access to obtain a certificate.

Archived programs - There is a Credit tab on the program page. Instructions will be included on this page to direct you to request credit. An evaluation must be completed prior to obtaining credit.
