Bleeding History - 1

She had significant bleeding history:
At age of 12, she had intermittent hemoptysis, hematuria and she bled for 4 days after a molar tooth extraction. She started to have heavy menstrual periods at age of 16. Later she had multiple episodes of vaginal bleeding which required intervention. She was found to be slightly thrombocytopenic at age of 21, and was suspected to have immune thrombocytopenia purpura.
