Lieske, MD, Professor of Medicine, Medical Director of the Renal Function Laboratory, and Consultant in the Central Clinical Laboratory in the Department of Laboratory Medicine & Pathology at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. Dr. Lieske will be discussing the use of various biomarkers for the identification of acute renal failure and, specifically, the use of neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin (NGAL).
